NHS England’s Facet Survey Programme is part of the second phase of the Primary Care Data Gathering Programme that is intended to bring the information held on general practice premises in England up to a consistent baseline standard nationally. Last year tenants at The Energise Centre in Salford revamped the courtyard space to create a community wellness garden, which has been a huge hit with the local community. Building on this success, the "Grow Together Gardening Group" spotted an opportunity to expand the garden and get even more people involved. Thanks to funding from MaST Estates Partnership, Salford City Council were able to host a Festive Fun afternoon at Walkden Gateway during December. The funding was used to provide refreshments for visitors and entertainment, including a festive quiz, music. Children also went home with a small gift, purchased with the funding.
