Mast estates Partnership Limited
Ancoats Primary Care Centre
This facility replaced the current Ancoats clinic and brings together two of the area’s key GP practices.
Additional services will include minor injuries, drug services, family planning, podiatry, mental health services and a pharmacy.

Brownley Green Medical Centre
​The purpose built Brownley Green Primary Care Centre was one of the first projects developed by MaST Estates Partnership. It served as a catalyst for local regeneration and was built, financed and operated by MaST Estates Partnership for Community Health Partnerships under a long-term public private partnership agreement. The 2,577 sq metres facility provides a focal point for the community and houses two GP Practices, a dentist and a minor operations suite, together with a broad range of other health and social care services including audiology, podiatry and speech & language therapy. Additionally, the facility contains secure car parking and has landscaped grounds. MaST Estates Partnership provided design, funding, project, commercial and construction management services during the development and construction of the project and is now responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the internal and external fabric of the building.

Cheetham Primary Care Centre
The Cheetham centre is an improved modernised building in line with other developments in the area, bringing in two mainstream general practices, pharmacy plus other NHS services.

Pendleton Gateway
The innovative and purpose-built Pendleton Gateway Centre is the largest (5,921 sq metres) project developed by MaST Estates Partnership and was built, financed and is operated by MEP for Community Health Partnerships and Salford City Council under a long-term public private partnership agreement. The centre houses two GP Practices in addition to an extensive range of other health and social care services including audiology, childrens' and adolescent mental health services, community dentistry and podiatry, together with a library and range of other local council services, providing a focal point for the community and serving as a catalyst for the local regeneration. Additionally, the facility contains a pharmacy, secure car parking and has landscaped grounds.

The Energise Centre
he Energise Healthy Living Centre represents the smallest projects (803m2) developed by MaST LIFTCo and was built, financed and is operated by MaST LIFTCo for Community Health Partnerships under a long-term public private partnership agreement. The Centre houses GP services and a range of personal development programmes including; confidence building, managing emotions, acupuncture and weight management. There is also a range of therapies including; counselling, psychology services and e-therapy. Other services include bowel cancer screening, anticoagulation clinic and an IT suite. Additionally, the facility contains a pharmacy, secure car parking and landscaped grounds.
